Who Pay for Shipping?
If an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt, Clai World will reimburse the complete shipping costs for dispatch and return.
When the Items returned due to change of mind or sizing issues (definitive sizing information is posted on the site) required you to pay for dispatch and return item(s) to us, with an additional charge(s) which may vary as per location and will reflect while you place return. How can I claim damaged product which I received from Clai world ?
5 photos to be clicked while opening the package. Once you receive the ordered package, compulsory take the photos of damaged products you received. You will have to upload the same within 24 hrs of product received to you.Our team will verify it and get back to you within 48 hours. Without the proper & clear photos, no products will be accepted to be returned and no refund will be processed.
